These are my recent observations while we’ve been out and about:

A bit of wildlife activity in the sunshine (the squirrel’s looking quite cheery!)…

A chicken hoping for a slightly drier run – and that there won’t be too many spring showers…

Ice cream avaliable – despite temperatures being below freezing?!

Easter eggs (in numbers that – with 10 and a half weeks to go – seem a bit on the unnecessary side…)

And plants already thinking about the slightly warmer temperatures forcast next week…

Anyway, those temperatures should get well into double figures here next week, so hopefully 6 layers of clothing when getting the 2 hens up in the morning won’t be as necessary! I hope you’re all keeping warm (the nearly 20 year old cat here is setting his example in the current conditions)…
