We’ve taken in some new feathery residents in our garden…

…meaning I’ve been out there taking more photos than usual – documenting their arrival (and their egg laying); and with autumnal-ness increasing here in England, there’s other things catching my eye!

This little being (that I was told is a common darter dragonfly) decided to (briefly) venture into a more urban area, but was wiling to pose for a camera…

…and another 1 of our gardens feathery residents wanted to get his or beak into a very very big apple.

A big community of spiders amongst the foliage…

…means web building is a common sight all year round.

But there’s a little more diversity when venturing up the road; and the squirrels like showing off their gymnastic skills…

…as there’s more and more of these available for them to munch.

When I ventured up the road amidst 1 of the recent storms, I saw plenty of these braving the gusts and rain…

…and here, sunrise is now just before 7am.
